Access the DI App
You will be given an invitation to register and access the DI App via email. Here is an interactive demo to guide you through the registration process.
Dashboard Interface
Your dashboard is designed to focus on three main areas:
Your own Jobs – This shows your overall performance, what you’ve achieved this week, and what tasks are still pending.
Your KPIs – This tracks the key performance indicators that your team uses to monitor your performance.
Your own WIP – This helps you keep track of what needs to be invoiced to clients and what work still needs to be completed.

Dashboard Navigation: Jobs Dashboards
Job Management – This dashboard gives you a complete view of all the jobs you’ve worked on, based on XPM data.
Dashboard Navigation: Team Member Dashboards
Team Member KPI – This dashboard displays key performance indicators set by your management team, including timesheets, productivity, billing, fee recoverability, and WIP. All data is pulled from your timesheets.
Dashboard Navigation: WIP Management Dashboards
·WIP Management – This dashboard helps you organise your WIP priorities, similar to the Job Management dashboard.
