Getting Started

How do I sign-up with Dashboard Insights?

  • To sign up with Dashboard Insights WorkflowMax by BlueRock (WFM) Dashboards, just click the sign-up link here. Enter your name, email address, company information, and other necessary details. After you accept our terms and agreements and click the "Next" button, you will be prompted to select your preferred plan and its corresponding price. Once your payment details are confirmed, you'll receive a welcome email with important information and instructions on how to access your dashboards. After 24 hours, your account will be activated, and you can now start using Dashboard Insights and explore all its features.

How is Dashboard Insights integration set up?

  • During the sign-up phase, we will request you to authorize Dashboard Insights to access your WorkflowMax by Bluerock (WFM) data. You will need to select which account you want to integrate in cases where multiple WFM accounts are utilised by an organisation. Once a WFM account has been selected, Dashboard Insights will start to import your data into your dashboards. After 24 hours, we will send you a notification and instructions via email on how you can access your dashboards integrated with your WFM data.

What are the requirements for integrating Dashboard Insights?

  • Dashboard Insights only requires you to have a WorkflowMax by BlueRock (WFM) account to be integrated where data will be retrieved from. Ideally, having clean data greatly improves the experience with the dashboards. However, we understand that not every organisation can meet this requirement which is why we made sure to provide a solution for this within the features and capabilities of Dashboard Insights for our customer’s convenience.

  • DIY Reports

    • The DIY Reports Dashboard streamlines the process of generating detailed reports for financial presentations and analysis. It allows users full control and ensures reports precisely meet their specific needs. This feature offers high-level customisation enabling users to highlight their most important data. Ultimately, DIY Reports simplify uncovering key insights and facilitating data-driven decisions.

  • Billing

    • The Billing Dashboard is designed to provide a comprehensive overview of billing data with the capability to dive deeper into finer details for analysis. This feature allows for easier extraction of strategic insights through simplifying complex billing data. These serve as valuable references for decision-making processes. which allows users to fully understand and utilise their billing data to guide their business strategies.

    • The Profitability Dashboard data provides a concise summary of revenue streams and expenses while ensuring ease of comprehension at a glance.     • The Jobs Dashboard offers job management features which allows you to stay on top of your workflow. This provides leadership teams a macro view of where everything stands — how many jobs are active, overdue, and completed jobs, and accomplishment of tasks and milestones, among others which in turn, can be used to leverage resource allocations and determine operational efficiencies. Overall, it allows you to view and track each job’s progression through the different stages defined by the organisation.

  • Team Members

    • The Team Member Dashboards takes a closer look into individual performances of identified team members and how these contribute to overall targets. This allows a user to monitor their individual performance and manage their own capacities to reach set KPIs within defined timelines. The dashboard provides essential metrics to determine KPI drivers including assigned jobs, tasks, or milestones. Ultimately, the dashboard puts the big picture in perspective as to how each individual contribution is collectively progressing towards organisational goals.

  • Work-In-Progress (WIP)

    • The WIP Dashboard provides a view into identified works in progress within defined time periods. This enables users to see how WIPs are progressing together with indicators for client billing. This provides support in ensuring that WIP remains within acceptable limits, which in turn, enhances cash flow management. The dashboard offers a way to maintain productivity and improve project management while ensuring timely invoicing is achieved.

What levels of customisation can I do with Dashboard Insights?

Dashboards

  • Dashboard Insights offers a wide range of customisation for presenting data built into its dashboards. With many applicable dashboards, the range of period for data to be presented together with additional filters for clients, jobs, and staff can be set according to the user’s requirements and preference. Data can be grouped and broken down into finer details according to selections defined by the user. A restriction for each dashboard is that these do not support layout and visuals customisation.

Reports and Comparisons

  • Each dashboard within Dashboard Insights offers standard calculations of data to present references for relevant comparisons and reports. Generating customised reports in Dashboard Insights is available through a dedicated dashboard. Do-It-Yourself (DIY) reports can be customised according to a user’s requirements to the full extent of data available, relevant comparisons, and possible combinations. Data can be listed into groups down to a specified level with built-in features available for sorting data order and filtering specific details. Pre-determined comparisons of data already available within each dashboard can also be modified to a certain extent to create accurate presentations according to each organisational reporting requirements.

Time Periods

  • Time periods are fully customisable according to available data records integrated with Dashboard Insights. These can be directly modified in each applicable dashboards by either selecting pre-determined built-in options or indicating start and end dates of data to be considered for calculations and presentations. Standard time periods include date ranges of the current day, previous day, last seven (7) days, and up to the last fiscal year.

How many WorkflowMax by Bluerock (WFM) users can I manage in Dashboard Insights?

  • Dashboard Insights is designed to scale with your growing team which allows you to manage over 100 users depending on your requirements. During sign-up, initial number of users can be selected from a range of 1-5, 6-10, 11-20, 21-50, 51-100, and more than 100 which can be later modified in coordination with assigned Account Executives as needed. Dashboard Insights does not have hard caps on maximum number of users to allow our clients to continue growing and conveniently focus without limits.

How do I have my WIP data and dashboards ready?

  • At present, WFM by BR does not have the WIP data available. However, Dashboard Insights offers a workaround to set up your WIP data and dashboards. To get started, please send us an invitation to access your WFM account. Once we receive access, we can configure your WIP dashboards within 1 – 2 days. How do I update my Team Member KPI dashboard?

  • The Team Member KPI dashboard relies on up-to-date staff employment details. To ensure your dashboard reflects the latest data and includes accurate information on both active and inactive employees, please update your staff information under the “Staff Data” tab. What is the frequency of new data updates?

  • New data updates are refreshed daily from 8:00 PM - 12:00 AM AEST which enables Dashboard Insights to provide timely reports and presentations for each client’s convenience.


Compatibility

What data sources can Dashboard Insights integrate with?

  • Dashboard Insights is currently capable of integrating with WorkflowMax by BlueRock (WFM), Xero Practice Manager (XPM), Xero, and WorkGuru. Professional services companies utilising these platforms for their operations have the capacity to filter and tailor the dashboards according to their specific needs. From the moment you gain access to your dashboards, you have the option to create variations of how your data is presented and visualised.

What reports can I generate from Dashboard Insights?

  • Generated reports from Dashboard Insights are available to be exported into either .xlsx or .csv file formats depending on the user’s requirements. Both file formats are available options if the exported data is the summarised data. However, only a .xlsx file format can be exported if the data is to be exported the same as the current data presentation but without the icons, colour, and formatting.

Can I access Dashboard Insights via mobile devices?

  • Currently, mobile device access to Dashboard Insights is in the works and will be made available soon. You may reach us out through [email protected] for any inquiry and we’ll keep you posted with any updates.


Pricing and Plans

What are the different pricing and plans available?

  • Dashboard Insights offers various pricing options dependent on the number of WorkflowMax by BlueRock (WFM) users. Monthly subscription rates for each available range of WFM users are as follows:

For WFM users more than 100 users, additional users will be charged in bundles of ten (10) priced at $33.00 AUD per bundle. Current pricing and plans available are subject to change, in which we suggest reaching out to [email protected] for up-to-date references and information.

Are there discounts available or options for free trial periods?


Billing and Payment

What payment methods are accepted?

  • Currently, Dashboard Insights is accepting payment methods limited to credit card payments. During sign-up, clients are required to indicate credit card details in which monthly subscription fees and any applicable additional charges will be billed to.

What are the billing terms, conditions, and frequency?

  • Clients are billed monthly via the provided payment method. Further details about terms and conditions are outlined in the accepted terms and conditions.

Are there any additional charges or fees to consider?

  • Aside from the subscription fee, no additional costs will be charged unless agreed upon by the customer for any customised features.


Support

Are there training materials available on how to use Dashboard Insights?

  • Yes! Learning materials on how to navigate and what to expect from Dashboard Insights will be readily available on our Help Centre. Upon successful sign-up, we will guide you every step of the way until your dashboards are available for access. FAQs and walkthrough demos will be provided to clients. Pre-implementation training sessions for both administrators and end users to ensure you can get the most out of all the features to meet organisational requirements are available upon request.

How are customers supported in using Dashboard Insights?

  • Dashboard Insights’ Help Centre is available to access comprehensive resources for you and your team. For additional assistance, inquiries may be addressed to your dedicated Account Executives or via [email protected].


Privacy and Security

How is customer data secured in Dashboard Insights?

  • Dashboard Insights utilises standard industry practices and high-level technologies which assure client data privacy and security. Data transmitted and stored in our systems are always encrypted during in-transit and at-rest stages within each respective client geographical location. As part of upholding data privacy and security, employees are required to complete and acknowledge established information security policies and procedures which bear strict disciplinary actions related to non-compliance. Formal statements of accountability of clients and Dashboard Insights are indicated through legal contracts required to be acknowledged by both parties prior commencement of services and transactions.

What certifications does Dashboard Insights have for data privacy and security?

  • Dashboard Insights has passed the Xero App Partner security requirements and has achieved ISO 27001 Information Security Management certification. This demonstrates our utmost commitment to ensure confidentiality, integrity, availability, privacy, and security to our clients.
