    • To add or remove data columns, use the dashboard’s built-in feature to select or deselect the metrics you want to include.

  • How can I customise data to show information for a specific account only?

    • Use the Quick Filter options below the Date Range to filter data by Account Name. You can also filter by Organisation, Contact, Tracking Category 1, and Tracking Category 2 from the dropdown lists.

  • How do I export data from the dashboard?

    • To export data, click the export option in the top-right corner of the dashboard table. You can choose to download the data in its current format or as summarised data based on your needs.
