How can I correct inaccurate data in the Data Integrity Dashboard?
Use the dashboard's built-in feature to click on the Job URL of any item. This takes you to the detailed job view in your WFM account where you can make necessary adjustments.
How do I export data from the dashboard?
Simply use the export option in the top-right corner of the dashboard table to download the data in either its current layout or as summarised data, depending on your reporting needs.
