Dashboard FAQs

  • What details of profitability data are available in the Overall Profitability Dashboard?

    • The Overall Profitability Dashboard provides insights into the business’ profitability with details of overall billing, total costs, profit, and profit percentage. Data trends visualised relevant to defined time periods, as well as top rankings arranged based on profitability data are also featured.

  • How are profit percentages computed in the dashboard?

    • Profit represents the financial gain (or loss) achieved after subtracting costs from billing. Profit percentage is computed by dividing profit over billing times 100%. This shows the percentage of how much the business makes for each dollar of revenue.

  • How do you define profit margins according to business requirements?

    • With the built-in dashboard feature, you can set profit margins by simply defining the upper and lower limits. Computed profit percentages are categorised and highlighted according to defined profit margins through a traffic light system. Green highlights indicate profit percentages above the margin, yellow represents those within the limits, and red are those below the lower margin.
