Dashboard FAQs

What data comparisons are readily available within the Overall Billing Dashboard?

  • Built-in data comparisons for overall billing, WIP billing, budget, and percentage variances of the current year-to-date and of the previous year are available within the dashboard. There are also additional features for top rankings based on billing data available for analysis and reference.

How are billing data translated for trends analysis?

  • Billing data trends can be viewed from a periodic or cumulative perspective. The periodic trend view offers insights into short-term fluctuations and patterns while the cumulative trend view presents the overall direction of the billing data and its long-term performance over a defined time period.

Can you limit the billing data presented to a specific group in the dashboard?

  • Aside from filter options available, all dashboards have a built-in feature to present data specific to selected items or points on tables and graphs. You simply click on any of these and the dashboard automatically considers only those data that are relevant to your selection.
