Understanding the dashboard

The Client Data Integrity Dashboard, sourced from your XPM, serves as a tool for verifying the quality of client data. It aims to pinpoint potential issues such as missing information or duplicate entries that require your attention. Each visualisation on the dashboard assists you in detecting these inconsistencies.

Why is it important?

The Client Data Integrity Dashboard allows you to:

  • Avoid the time and effort required to correct errors later on. This streamlines operations and reduces manual intervention.

  • Ensure that businesses have a clear and correct understanding of their client data, leading to better, informed choices.
