Dashboard FAQs

  • What are Total Lodgements? How is it computed?

    • Total Lodgements is the count of Tax Returns your firm has worked on or currently working on.

    • It represents the total count of Income Tax Lodgements.

  • How does the dashboard determine if the Job is already Lodged?

    • The dashboard identifies a job as lodged if its status is marked as "Filed" or "Archived."

  • What does "Not Started" mean?

    • A status of "Not Started" indicates that the Tax Return has not yet been initiated within the XPM. Essentially, it means the work has not begun on the relevant tax filing.

  • What is Due as of End Date?

    • This represents the total count of Income Tax Lodgements that are due on or before the latest available date.

  • What is the basis for Lodged on Time measure?

    • A Lodgement is considered "On Time" if it is completed before the set due date.

  • Can I select multiple Tax Years?

    • No, the Tax Years slicer allows only single selection at a time.
