Jobs with High WIP Balance

Provides a job list where unbilled work has accumulated to significant amounts.

Report View Options:

  • Firm View: All high WIP jobs

  • My Own as Job Manager: High WIP in managed jobs

  • My Own as Job Partner: High WIP in partnered jobs

  • My Own as Client Manager: High WIP for managed clients

  • My Own as Client Partner: High WIP for partnered clients

  • My Own as Team Member: User’s own High WIP Balance based on their timesheets

  • My Own as Team Manager: High WIP in team's jobs

Columns:

  • Client Group

  • Client Name

  • Client Partner

  • Client Manager

  • Job ID

  • Job Manager

  • Job URL

  • WIP Balance

Threshold meaning:

Setting a dollar value threshold (e.g. $5,000) will send alerts when any job’s unbilled work exceeds this amount.


WIP Balance

Tracks your total unbilled work across all clients.

Report View Options:

  • Firm View: All WIP balances

  • My Own as Job Manager: WIP for managed jobs

  • My Own as Job Partner: WIP for partnered jobs

  • My Own as Client Manager: WIP for managed clients

  • My Own as Client Partner: WIP for partnered clients

  • My Own as Team Member: User’s own WIP based on their timesheets

  • My Own as Team Manager: WIP for team's jobs

Threshold meaning:

This Report will provide a recurring setup to receive WIP Balance updates at a specific time interval or period.


WIP Movement

Provides a report on the net change in the WIP Balance over a specific period.

Report View Options:

  • Firm View: All WIP movements

  • My Own as Job Manager: WIP movement in managed jobs

  • My Own as Job Partner: WIP movement in partnered jobs

  • My Own as Client Manager: WIP movement for managed clients

  • My Own as Client Partner: WIP movement for partnered clients

  • My Own as Team Member: User’s own WIP Movement based on their timesheets

  • My Own as Team Manager: WIP movement in team's jobs ​
