Jobs Approaching Due Dates

Provides a list of jobs that are approaching a number of days before its due date.

Report View Options:

  • Firm View: All jobs across the firm

  • My Own as Job Manager: Jobs where user is assigned manager

  • My Own as Job Partner: Jobs where user is assigned partner

  • My Own as Client Manager: All jobs for managed clients

  • My Own as Client Partner: All jobs for partnered clients

  • My Own as Job Staff: Jobs user is assigned to

Columns:

  • Client Name

  • Job ID

  • Job Name

  • Job Category

  • Job Manager

  • Start Date

  • Due Date

  • State

  • Job URL

  • Job Budget

  • WIP Balance

  • Days Until Due

  • Days Job is Open

  • Days Since Last Timesheet

Threshold meaning:

This indicates the number of days before the due date. Putting in “3” will list the jobs where the due date is 3 days later.


Jobs with High Days Since Last Timesheet (DSLT)

Provides a list of jobs that have had any kind of timesheet entry over a certain period as a threshold warning.

Report View Options:

  • Firm View: All timesheet gaps across firm

  • My Own as Job Manager: Timesheet gaps in managed jobs

  • My Own as Job Partner: Timesheet gaps in partnered jobs

  • My Own as Client Manager: Timesheet gaps in managed client jobs

  • My Own as Client Partner: Timesheet gaps in partnered client jobs

  • My Own as Job Staff: User's own timesheet gaps

Columns:

  • Client Name

  • Job ID

  • Job Name

Threshold meaning:

This indicates the number of days where a job has exceeded its acceptable limit to its DSLT. Setting up “7” will list the jobs where their DSLT has reached 7 days and beyond.


Overdue Jobs

Provides a list of jobs that have passed their expected completion dates.

Report View Options:

  • Firm View: All overdue jobs

  • My Own as Job Manager: Overdue jobs under management

  • My Own as Job Partner: Overdue jobs under partnership

  • My Own as Client Manager: Overdue jobs for managed clients

  • My Own as Client Partner: Overdue jobs for partnered clients

  • My Own as Job Staff: User's overdue assignments

  • Job ID

  • Job Name

  • Job Manager

  • Start Date

  • Due Date

This allows to set alerts for jobs that have reached their due dates and beyond, depending on the acceptable threshold. Selecting “1” lists all jobs that exceeds a day after the due dates.


Job State Reminder

Provides the list and ability to alert the team when jobs remain in a specific state (e.g. Not Started).

Report View Options:

  • Firm View: All job state alerts

  • My Own as Job Manager: State alerts for managed jobs

  • My Own as Job Partner: State alerts for partnered jobs

  • My Own as Client Manager: State alerts for managed client job

  • My Own as Client Partner: State alerts for partnered client jobs

  • My Own as Job Staff: State alerts for assigned jobs

Threshold meaning:

This indicates the state preferred to be notified of. Selecting a job state such as “Pending Review” or “Awaiting Client Input” will list all jobs sitting in that state and will let you customise reminder frequencies.


Jobs with Significantly Longer Turnaround Time

Provides a list of jobs that are taking substantially longer to complete than expected based on the time taken to complete a job from initiation to delivery.

Report View Options:

  • Firm View: All delayed jobs

  • My Own as Job Manager: Delays in managed jobs

  • My Own as Job Partner: Delays in partnered jobs

  • My Own as Client Manager: Delays in managed client jobs

  • My Own as Client Partner: Delays in partnered client jobs

  • My Own as Job Staff: Delays in assigned jobs

Threshold meaning:

This allows to set a threshold based on a fixed time period above your average turnaround time for each job. Putting in “31” will list all jobs that had gone beyond the typical completion time if your average is around 30 days only.


Jobs Exceeding WIP vs Budget with Percentage Threshold

Provides a list of jobs where the WIP cost of a job surpasses its allocated budget by a significant margin.

Report View Options:

  • Firm View: All jobs exceeding budget

  • My Own as Job Manager: Budget overruns in managed jobs

  • My Own as Job Partner: Budget overruns in partnered jobs

  • My Own as Client Manager: Budget overruns for managed clients

  • My Own as Client Partner: Budget overruns for partnered clients

  • My Own as Job Staff: Budget overruns in assigned jobs

This indicates a custom percentage threshold that triggers the Report when a job’s WIP exceeds its budget. Setting up “20%” will list all jobs that reach or surpass 20% of its allocated budget.


Overdue Tax Lodgements

Provides a list of tax lodgments that have reached or surpassed their due dates.

Report View Options:

  • Firm View: All overdue lodgements

  • My Own as Client Manager: Overdue lodgements for managed clients

  • My Own as Client Partner: Overdue lodgements for partnered clients

  • My Own as Team Member: Assigned overdue lodgements
