Understanding the dashboard

The Operating Expense Dashboard is designed to give you a clear and detailed view of your company’s day-to-day expenses. With filters and customisable views, the dashboard allows you to track and analyse expenses over specific time periods, compare them across departments, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Why is it important?

The Operating Expense Dashboard offers you with the following relevant information:

  • Allows you to react quickly to overspending or unexpected increases. It helps you monitor costs on a granular level, from individual account groups to total company-wide expenses.

  • By analysing past expense trends and comparing them with revenue data, the dashboard helps you forecast future operating expenses more accurately.

  • Allows you to identify potential areas for cost reduction, whether through negotiating better contracts with vendors or eliminating unnecessary expenses.
