Understanding the dashboard

The Billing Matrix Dashboard offers a matrix table with two dimensions and parameter options. It allows you to customise which fields populate the matrix dimensions, providing flexibility to analyse sales correlations.

Why is it important?

The Billing Matrix Dashboard allows you to:

  • Assist in recognizing the specialisation areas of client managers, helping in assigning clients to the right manager for optimised revenue generation.

  • Uncover new business opportunities and potential areas for growth, leading to increased revenue and client satisfaction.

  • Contribute to enhancing client relationships by tailoring services based on the analysis of client-manager relationships and sales performance.

Dashboard FAQs

  • What is the meaning of the shade in the Matrix?

    • In the context of distribution billing, the shade on the visual representation becomes darker as the amount increases.

  • Is it possible to add another option in the selection dropdown?

    • These selections have been specifically chosen for your Billing Matrix page to prevent overwhelming users with an excess of information.

  • If I select a Job Manager, can I only see 2 or 3 Job Managers to compare?

    • Indeed. You can do this by going to the Job Manager Slicer which is beside the Job Partner Slicer. Just simply select the Job Managers you want to use for comparison.
